As it's name implies and most people know, Lemongrass is a delicious and somewhat citrus smelling seasoning used widely in Thai and Chinese cooking.  Many people never realize that this grass holds so much healing power that has also been a part of Asian and Chinese medicine for centuries.

Lemongrass Oil is used in aromatherapy to relieve muscle pain, as a microbial and antibacterial, to repel insects, and to help your digestive system.  Compounds in Lemongrass Essential Oil are known to have anti-fungal, insecticidal, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties.  Here are just a few of the most common benefits of Lemongrass Oil:

Blends well with:  Cedarwood, Lavender, Peppermint, Pine, Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, and Lemon

Cautions: Avoid in glaucoma and with children. Use caution in prostatic hyperplasia and with skin hypersensitivity or damaged skin. Avoid use during pregnancy.
